• Won 3rd place in Pitch Star competition in January 2013, a country-wide demo competition in the organization
• Won On-the-Spot award for leading and managing smooth operation of Windows Store App Lab and its contribution to app quality in September 2013.

Contribution:
• Was part of the Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 launch – supported the CCG team with helping out at retail outlets and directly interacting with customers as Microsoft SPOCs
• Delivered various webinars on Windows app development as well as cloud technologies like mobile app development, SQL Azure, Notifications Hub etc.
• Been active on social media like Twitter to engage with potential influencers to help increase awareness and talk around Microsoft cloud technologies and upcoming updates on Windows.
• I also actively collaborate with the Audience Marketing team to help answer student and developer technical queries on Microsoft’s official social media channels in India and maintain engagements with them.

Roles and responsibilities:
• In July 2013, I took over the management & operations for a team of 8 vendors as part of running Windows Store App Lab. This was a venture by Microsoft to help support any and all developers in design, development and testing for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 app development to help them improve quality of apps in the Windows Store. Cross team collaboration played a key part in the success of App Labs as we not only engaged the developer community but all customer accounts to leverage this setup as a quality check for their apps.
o In January 2015, Windows Store App Lab was retired to make way for Azure Clinic, a similar support system for all ISVs and start-ups to explore Azure and have Architectural discussions and hands on demos.
• Owned and driven campus engagements for the student community at various colleges on Windows app development. This was a 4-6 week engagement where we helped students design, develop and test apps.
• Driven multiple depth engagements with customers and partners on helping them with design, develop and test for Windows App development (B2C and B2B apps both) for both tablets and phones like YourMovies, Kalyan, Agent Virtual App, IvyRetail, Muthoot Finance, Corporation Bank etc. Recently, I have also begun driving customer engagements on Azure as well like Medimanage.
• Delivered many online and in-person sessions at various Microsoft developer events on below topics with an average feedback rating of above 80% from attendees :

o Azure Mobile Engagement
• I have also managed and owned multiple Microsoft events for Office 365, Hand-On-Lab track at Microsoft Azure Conference 2015.
